hey folks!! i am writing to you from le marais district in the fine city of paris, france. i’ll be hunkered down here for about two weeks or so..

ahhh…gay paree!! literally!! the marais is the olde jewish neighborhood that has turned into a hip gay enclave. mind you, they still have the great jewish bakeries and delis. but they also have a buncha cool bars and hipster shops with cool stuff that cost way too much.

but i love the parisians. they’re like cats. they look cool doing everything. when they trip and fall, they sorta do it like they meant to do it.

plus they know how to dress. hot damn. these folks look damn good. if i could just find a second-hand shoppe…

oh..and don’t believe what you hear about the rude french. ain’t no such thing, unless i’m dealing with the wrong people. everyone’s been great.
