greetings and salutations!!! thanks to everybody who came out to all my booksigning/slideshows up and down the west coast…i got shut down at the canadian border (i’ll do a strip aboot it), but all the cities that went off were fabulous….especially san jose, which was a city i would always make fun of in the past… san jose had the largest crowd, and spent the most $$$, so s.j. wins…
a lot of good stuff is coming up, so come on out and say hello….

my work has been on the walls of perry’s joint in the fillmore district of san francisco for the month of april. i will be doing a little slideshow thingie this weds. april 28, at 7pm. perry’s is located at 1661 fillmore near post…and they serve great ice cream.
if you cannot make that, check out my lunchtime slideshow/booksigning on weds. may 5, at 12:15pm, at alexander books, 50 2nd st. in downtown san francisco.
*WONDERCON/OLYMPIA COMICS FEST
this weekend, the largest mainstream comics event in northern cali goes down at the moscone center…wondercon is happenin’ for the 2nd time in s.f. since relocating from oakland a coupla years ago. the event is from friday-sunday (4/30-5/2) 11am-6pm look for me in artists alley.
i had such a great time in washington during my booktour, i’ve decided to attend the olympia comics festival in olympia, wa on sat. may 29 from 1:30pm-6:30pm. for some odd reason, they don’t have the address on the website…but it’s happening at the olympia center.. special guest: my “evil” twin sister!!

if you don’t already know, i am on the board of directors at san francisco’s cartoon art museum. and they’re about to have their annual fundraiser this friday night, 4/30 at 8pm. there’ll be food, booze, music, comics and pure foolishness. come on by and get drunk with me and the wifey. the cartoon art museum is located at 655 mission st. between new montgomery and 3rd. for more info, see: http://www.cartoonart.org
